Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Gurgaon (Sec-32) WFO

Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead the creation of high-impact user interfaces and compelling brand creatives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of user-centered design, paired with a strong visual sense for brand storytelling across digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and key user journeys across devices.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that enhance usability and performance.
  • Drive the creative direction for brand campaigns, digital ads, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure consistency in visual language across product and brand touchpoints.
  • Guide and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to keep pace with trends and platform needs.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across multiple fast-moving projects.

Skills And Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Solid grasp of digital creative needs (Google, Meta, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
