· Use data-driven insights to optimize visual storytelling.
· Monitor and analyze design performance across platforms, making adjustments based on audience engagement and conversion metrics.
· Implement A/B testing to refine creatives for maximum impact.
· Ability to translate brand philosophy into powerful visuals that captivate, engage, and inspire action.
· Strong conceptual thinker who can craft bold, memorable campaigns.
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other industry-leading design software.
· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and UI/UX principles.
· Ability to break design norms and create unconventional, impactful visuals.
· A problem-solver who thinks outside the box to create never-seen-before designs.

· Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign design, and creative excellence.
· Experience in performance-driven digital campaigns is a plus.
· Prior leadership experience managing design teams preferred.
