Role Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design projects and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various media. You will be responsible for designing digital and print assets that communicate our brand message and enhance our visual presence.

This is a full time on-site Job, Candidates from nearby Varanasi Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create graphics for social media, websites, emails, and other digital platforms.

• Develop brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual branding across all channels.

• Create visual content for products, ads, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and values.

• Design brochures, banners, posters, packaging and other print materials.

• Create 3D product animations, explainer videos, motion graphics, and video content for marketing, advertisements, presentations, and e-commerce, utilizing 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production editing for high-quality visuals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into designs.

• Collaborate with team members to receive feedback and make necessary revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, 3D Animations or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,) CorelDraw, Blender and other 3D Animation Software.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
