Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for the position of Senior E-commerce Executive. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce operations, implementing marketplace strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient workflows and execute campaigns for product listing, pricing optimization, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in E-commerce Systems, Marketplace Management, and Digital Sales Channels
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize sales performance and develop strategies
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Campaign Management specific to e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of Product Listings, Inventory Management, and Pricing Strategies
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills to balance multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related software
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in leadership or managing teams is highly advantageous
