About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with proven expertise in Asset Management modules within enterprise systems. The role involves leading the

implementation, customization, and optimization of asset lifecycle processes across

multiple business units, especially in asset-intensive industries such as

manufacturing, infrastructure, or utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end functional implementation and support for Enterprise Asset
• Management (EAM) modules.
• Understand business requirements related to asset acquisition, tracking,
• depreciation, maintenance, disposal, and compliance.
• Configure Asset Management modules in ERP or EAM systems.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, maintenance, and IT teams for smooth
• integration of asset processes.
• Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
• Ensure compliance with asset capitalization, depreciation methods, and audit
• policies.
• Conduct UAT, end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Identify process improvement areas and support automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–12 years of experience in functional consulting, with at least 5 years in Asset Management/EAM modules.

Expertise in platforms such as:

• SAP EAM (PM/AA)
• Oracle eAM/FA
• Infor EAM
• IBM Maximo or other custom-built enterprise asset platforms.

Strong knowledge of:

• Asset lifecycle management
• Maintenance planning & execution
• Asset depreciation and valuation
• Compliance and audit readiness
• Ability to create functional specs, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and support technical teams during implementation.
• Experience with integration between asset modules and finance, procurement, and maintenance systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP/EAM module certification (SAP PM/AA, Oracle eAM, Infor, Maximo, etc.)
• Experience in asset-heavy sectors such as manufacturing, power,
• infrastructure, or logistics.
• Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and regulatory norms (e.g., IND-
• AS, GST impact on assets).
• Exposure to asset tracking using barcoding, RFID, or IoT systems.
