QE Analyst

As a QE Analyst with expertise in Tricentis & Tosca, your role involves leading tools and platform support, managing setup, licensing, and access. You will be responsible for integrating Tosca with qTest and CI/CD pipelines, implementing QE automation governance, and troubleshooting platform issues. Your tasks also include optimizing automation processes, mentoring teams, and presenting QE insights, KPIs, and automation ROIs to senior leadership. You will represent the QE team in various engagements, providing technical leadership and supporting platform adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Lead tools and platform support - Manage setup, licensing, and access - Integrate Tosca with qTest and CI/CD pipelines - Implement QE automation governance - Troubleshoot platform issues - Optimize automation processes - Mentor teams - Present QE insights, KPIs, and automation ROIs to senior leadership - Provide technical leadership and support platform adoption Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in QE - Minimum 3 years of experience in tools administration - Expertise in tools like qTest, NeoLoad, or Tosca - Strong hands-on experience in tools integrations, workspace management, and unattended execution - Expertise in automation strategy and Agile QE leadership - Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring skills - Experience with NeoLoad or other Performance Testing tools is advantageous - Familiarity with Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy is advantageous - Tricentis certifications would be a nice-to-have If you are passionate about driving automation excellence and platform adoption, this role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your QE experience and skills in tools like Tricentis & Tosca to make a significant impact in the QE domain.,
