Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' existing processes, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting to support client engagements and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
• Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact client projects.
• Create and present compelling, client-tailored financial reports and dashboards.
• Lead and mentor a small team to ensure project alignment and success. 

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or certification like CFA/CA preferred) 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or consulting. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling tools. Excellent communication skills for client presentations. Willingness to work in Surat and travel locally as needed.

Salary Range

4 LPA to 4.5 LPA
