Job Description

Job Title: Senior Finance Executive
Department: Finance
Location: Gurugram (Head Office)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage end-to-end finance operations for Eveez, ensuring accuracy, compliance, financial discipline, and timely reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, monthly closings, GST/TDS workings, and statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and auditors for smooth financial operations.
Monitor internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and recommend process improvements.
Support payroll verification, reimbursements, invoicing, and expense management.
Oversee financial data accuracy and maintain updated records for audits and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
3–5 years of experience in corporate finance or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (GST/TDS), and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
