Job Description

Senior Executive – Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost savings and supplier performance.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality and continuity.
Monitor demand, forecast requirements, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Negotiate and manage contracts to secure the best commercial terms.
Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and purchase data to drive decisions.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
Leverage SAP (preferred) and advanced Excel tools for procurement analysis.
Support and guide the procurement team in achieving KPIs (cost savings, OTIF delivery, digital adoption).

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in procurement/purchase.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and advanced Excel.
A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
