Position: 1 No.'s Experience: 5 - 10+ Years (Contracting firm) Location: Pune Salary depends on the Candidate Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering./ PG in Construction from RICS & NICMAR Roles & Responsibility This portfolio requires significant administrative and organizational skills, and knowledge of standard contract language and the procurement process. It includes evaluating bids and procurement proposals. Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork. Oversee the compilation and, when necessary, the drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, and compliantly. Compilation of varied input to create a more competitive bid document Responsible for bid management in creating and responding to RFP, RFI, and proposals. Reviewing Contract Clauses and preparing the query sheet of Contract Clauses that conflict with the Interest of the Organization. Undertaking site visits and identifying the items that are undisclosed in the Bill of quantities, and negotiating with the vendor to gain competitive rates during the E-tendering process. Scheduling meetings with vendors/subcontractors & consultants for seeking current market rates and identification of new products introduced by various stakeholders. Finalization of the Work Order and terms needs to be finalized in discussion with the Billing and Purchase teams. Will adhere to and update as needed a set of standardized Erecon sourcing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency of the procurement process Ensures all purchasing and procurement commitments are made in compliance with ERECON policies and procedures. Skills & Abilities Strong Technical and commercial writing skills. Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous, especially in Design & Build Interior firms Strong time-management and Organizational Skills Well-developed negotiation skills Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender process, contract analysis, award, finalization of contracts, and procurement practice, able to work independently and within a tight schedule and high-pressure working environment.
