Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering & Contracts Manager, located in Pune. The Tendering & Contracts Manager will be responsible for preparing and managing tender documents, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various teams to gather necessary documentation, reviewing and evaluating tender submissions, advising on legal risks and opportunities, and maintaining accurate and complete records of all contracts and tenders. The individual will also oversee contract execution and ensure timely delivery of services as per agreed terms.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various teams and clients
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and record-keeping
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• Experience in the interior design and build industry is a plus
