Your Role

As a

Senior Executive for People Success at StayVista,

you are responsible for enhancing the employee experience by driving engagement initiatives, conducting regular site visits, and reinforcing company culture across all ground teams. You will act as the first HR touchpoint for resolving grievances, ensuring fair employee relations, and supporting compliance with labour laws, documentation, and safety norms. Additionally, you will support field hiring and onboarding, run retention and feedback mechanisms, and provide monthly insights through dashboards covering engagement, grievances, attrition, and compliance.

About You

  • Drive employee engagement by creating tailored plans for ground teams, conducting regular site visits, and reinforcing company culture and values.
  • Act as the first HR touchpoint for grievance resolution, addressing behavior issues, disputes, misconduct, accommodation concerns, and ensuring fair conflict mediation.
  • Oversee labour law compliance including wages, leave rules, overtime, PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH, and safety norms while maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Support field hiring, conduct structured onboarding, and run 30/60/90-day check-ins to reduce early attrition.
  • Improve retention by identifying at-risk employees, coaching supervisors on behavior issues, and driving recognition for high performers.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Central HR and villa teams, implementing feedback mechanisms like surveys and listening sessions.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on engagement, grievances, attrition, and compliance, providing insights to HR leadership.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

  • Frequent travel to villa locations, accounting for approximately 40–60% of working time, based on business needs. All travel will be covered as per company policy.
