Your Role
As a Senior Executive for People Success at StayVista, You will serve as the primary HR partner for Gurgaon teams, managing employee connect, onboarding, and exit processes. You will drive engagement, support performance and capability development, and ensure fair grievance handling and policy compliance. You will also maintain people dashboards and provide monthly insights to HR leadership.
About You

Act as the primary HR point of contact for Gurgaon employees and managers, conducting regular check-ins and participating in leadership forums.

Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, cultural orientation, 30/60/90-day connects, and exit processes with documentation and insights.

Drive employee engagement through annual engagement calendars, listening circles, surveys, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.

Support performance and capability development by guiding goal-setting, reviews, PIP tracking, and coordinating training interventions.

Handle employee relations and grievances confidentially with proper documentation, escalating critical cases with recommendations.

Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, POSH, audits, attendance norms, and maintain accurate employee records.

Maintain dashboards for key people metrics and share monthly insights and action recommendations with HR leadership.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

- Primarily based in Gurgaon, with prior HRBP experience preferred; experience in hospitality, travel, or fast-paced consumer businesses is an added advantage..
