Job Scope:

The role is responsible for providing effective support to the Manager in financial and operational management, ensuring compliance with customer and DHL reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in executing planned operational activities on time.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports to all stakeholders.
• Follow up on exceptions with managers and ensure compliance with ICE timelines for queries.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with all internal and external colleagues.
• Plan and execute routing operational tasks efficiently to minimize operational spending.
• Coordinate with FB staff for timely vendor payments and address any payment process gaps.
• Inform all relevant parties of unresolved issues.
• Formulate weekly and periodic reports for internal and external reviews.
• Provide audit support and act as the Point of Contact (POC) for transport management terms with service providers.
• Achieve project rollouts as defined by customer contracts and KPIs.
• Participate in project management and delivery.
• Contribute to team member satisfaction and achieve cost-down targets.

Experience: 3 – 5 Years.

Qualification: Any graduate

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of transportation industry dynamics and financial impacts.
• Ability to analyze transportation data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Consulting and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at all levels of management.
