Job Description

As the Area Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery and pick up of shipments for customers under the contractual terms and conditions. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the management of Area Operations to ensure efficient operations and drive key performance metrics for various operations processes. - Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence in the Area, focusing on on-time delivery performance, transit times, RTO reduction, timely connectivity onto the network, and reduction in errors. - Supporting RSP Operations and development in the area in alignment with the organization's strategy. - Assisting in operations capability building initiatives by facilitating various functional training programs for operations teams. - Ensuring optimum productivity and utilization of fleet (feeder and milk runs) in the Area while prioritizing the safety and security of all shipments.,
