As a Senior Executive - Operations at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, overseeing purchasing activities, and handling the invoicing process. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the smooth operation of our business. **Responsibilities:** - **Invoicing and Record-Keeping:** - Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Maintain comprehensive records of invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, and other relevant documentation. - **Inventory Management:** - Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and analyze trends for optimal stock levels. - Collaborate with departments to forecast inventory needs based on sales projections and seasonal fluctuations. - Generate and process purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery. - **Purchasing:** - Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring adherence to procurement policies. - Create and issue purchase orders, coordinating with vendors for order details and delivery schedules. - Negotiate prices and contracts, monitor market trends, and evaluate supplier performance. **Qualifications:** - Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream - 3 to 6 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of inventory control, purchasing processes, and invoicing procedures. - Familiarity with inventory management software (Tally). - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications. - Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Tally ERP. **Location:** Village Mangarh, Chandigarh Road Ludhiana. **Job Type:** Full-time **Benefits:** - Paid sick time - Yearly bonus **Schedule:** Day shift **Ability to commute/relocate:** Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) **Application Deadline:** 19/05/2023,
