The company offers a wide range of services, including bulk and break bulk cargo handling, containerized cargo surveys, stevedoring, pure car carrier operations, container storage and repairs, and CFS management.

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The role will primarily focus on manpower onboarding and sign-on/sign-off formalities for vessels, along with customs liaisoning (VA Customs), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strict adherence to compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the handling of ICD (Inland Container Depot) container survey and documentation at ICD location.
• Coordinate and liaise with VA Customs, port authorities, and other regulatory bodies for clearances and operational requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and update records, reports, and compliance documents as per company and statutory guidelines.
• Monitor and support day-to-day ICD operations, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with office teams, vessel staff, and field staff.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate as required.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Logistics preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with authorities, crew, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet vessel schedules.
• Candidates will require container inspection knowledge or shipping knowledge.
