Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Dehradun. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and addressing employee grievances. The candidate will work closely with management to support organizational goals and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Recruitment processes
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) regulations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
