Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and stakeholder coordination to support business objectives and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support timely hiring
  • Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and data accuracy
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Support performance management processes and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
