Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources based in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations and HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulations. The Senior Executive will work closely with department managers and employees to create a supportive workplace and foster professional development. Additional responsibilities include monitoring HR programs, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to the strategic management of the company’s workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee training is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
