Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources position based on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The role involves overseeing and managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include fostering healthy employee relations, supporting talent acquisition processes, and collaborating with management to create strategies for organizational growth and development. The Senior Executive will also handle the execution of initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and understanding Human Resources functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience (4 to 6 years) in a senior-level HR role within a similar industry is a must
