HR Executive – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with business units in the real-estate arm (development, sales, leasing, property management, etc.) to understand staffing needs.
- Handle end-to‐end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates for roles like sales executives, site engineers, property managers, leasing staff, etc.
- Onboarding & induction of new hires: ensuring smooth transition, documentation, orientation.
- Employee records & HR compliance: ensuring all labour laws, real-estate specific regulations, contract management are honoured.
- Performance management: assist in setting KPIs, appraisals, feedback loops for staff in real estate operations.
- Training & development: identify training needs (sales skills, negotiation, property laws, maintenance operations, customer service), coordinate programmes.
- Employee relations: grievance handling, conflict resolution, ensuring good workplace morale in on-site / field staff and office staff.
- Compensation & benefits: assist in structuring packages appropriate to real-estate roles (commission for sales, site allowances, travel, etc).
- HR analytics & reporting: track attrition, staffing costs, hiring timelines, performance metrics, and present to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. Master’s preferred for more senior roles.
- 2-5 years’ HR experience (for executive role) — with preference for experience in real estate, construction, property management, or similar industries.
- Strong recruitment & talent-acquisition skills, especially for field roles / large staffing drives.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, contract staffing, on-site staff management, allowances, safety compliances.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with site managers, sales teams, blue-collar staff, etc.
- Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple HR processes concurrently.
- Familiarity with HR software / HRIS, MS Office, reporting tools.
- Negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and a degree of field mobility (visiting project sites).
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience specifically in real-estate sector (residential / commercial) or construction industry.
- Knowledge of property laws / RERA (if India) or regional regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing large number of contingent / contract staff.
- Knowledge of sales incentive structures, commission setups, site staff allowances.
- Ability to support HR in multilingual / multicultural teams (if pan-India).
Work Environment & Reporting
- Will report to HR Manager / Head-HR for the real-estate business vertical.
- Will frequently liaise with project managers, sales heads, leasing teams, maintenance units.
- Mix of office work + site visits (project sites, properties under maintenance, field sales offices).
- Possible travel within city / region for site inspections, employee meetings.

Pay: ₹17,256.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
