Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, etc.).
- Maintain HRMS / employee records and update regularly.
- Manage employee letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws.
- Maintain proper documentation and handle audits/inspections.
- Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Promote positive workplace culture and effective communication.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal process.
- Maintain appraisal records and follow up on action plans.
