Job Description

Role & responsibilitie

Generalist HR Executive / Sr. Executive needed who will be involved in HR Operations i.e. Employee Joining formalities, Attendance and Payroll, Records Managment of Employee files, Grievance Handling etc.

Working experience of preparing employees files in accordance with NABH/ISO standards
Working knowledge of statutory compliance with respect to ESI, PF etc.
Maintains confidentiality of emplyee data and information
Should have experience working in HR Generalist role.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience as HR Generalist in a hospital/healthcare setup
Excellent team player
Excellent communication and computer skills
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.

Experience

2- 4 years in hospital or in a clinical setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
