We are looking for Maintenance Engineer for our 120 beds hospital at Palwal. Experienced candidate from any healthcare organisaiton or hospital may apply. Role & responsibilitie 1. Responsible for developing and implementing measures and processes w.r.t. Engineering and Maintenance services of the hospital so as to ensure minimum down time of assets (encompassing HT / LT / FAS / PAS / CCTV / UPS / FF and HVAC systems) and ensure thereby with no disruption of engineering and maintenance (MEP) services/operations. 2. Excellent knowledge of Building Management Systems/services. 3. Make daily rounds of the facility to identify potential problem areas so as to address them in a planned and proactive manner. 4. Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by operations/service department. 5. Would be responsible for all engineering and maintenance activities and AMCs as per plan. 6. Develop and implement Monitoring / tracking of safe working practices in the department. 7. Vendor Development and Management. 8. Exposure to HVAC & Plumbing. Handling multiple sites. 9. Manage and coordinate site handover between Projects and Operations Experience: 3 - 6 Years of Experience in a reputed hospital Preferred candidate profile : - Leadership skills - Experience of handling multiple breakdowns proactively/effectively. - Ability to priorities breakdown resolution. - Vendor Development and Management Skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.
