1. Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems.
2. Manage equipment repairs, upgrades and complex installations utilizing inhouse resources or contractor services.
3. Participate in Root cause analysis and other technical discussions in terms mechanical issues.
4. Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks
5. Predictive maintenance strategies to wear and tear and operation-based maintenance checks.
6. Provide supports to hydraulics and pneumatics related problem and breakdowns.
7. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, PM documents, repair logs and equipment performance metrics and service reports.
8. Ordering, maintaining & tracking of mechanical spare parts and equipment related to machines.
9. Collaborate with production teams, management and supplier to develop and execute maintenance plan that meet organisational goals and priorities.
