Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    Overseeing the entire process from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and integrating new staff, including doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    Managing accurate and timely payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Employee Relations:

    Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive and healthy workplace environment.
  • Compliance and Regulations:

    Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare-specific regulations.
  • HR Data and Systems Management:

    Maintaining and updating employee records, managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases, and generating HR reports and analytics.
  • Policy Implementation:

    Developing, implementing, and enforcing hospital-wide HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:

    Coordinating and managing employee training programs to support professional development.
  • Performance Management:

    Supporting performance appraisals and providing guidance on performance management programs to staff and managers.
