Job Title: Senior Executive – Human Resources Location: [MAHASAMUND] Reports To: HR Manager / HR Business Partner Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR to support and drive key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for a professional with strong operational HR experience who can contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day processes. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to source quality talent. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and surveys. Address employee queries and support in maintaining a positive work culture. Assist in handling grievances and basic disciplinary actions in consultation with HR leadership. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records in the HRMS system and physical files. Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Support statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, labor laws, and HR audits. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and tracking KPIs. Follow up on employee development plans and training needs assessments. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, hiring status, and other HR metrics. Analyze trends and provide inputs for HR strategy improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or PGDM in HR (preferred).
