Senior Executive - HR

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Practo, you will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition hiring projects across Tech, Product, and Campus. You will serve as a consultant and partner, staying current on business and market trends to assist on both strategic and tactical levels. Possessing a strong understanding of client needs and hiring conditions, you will provide advice, expertise, and assistance to all levels of personnel, both internal and external, on various recruiting and talent acquisition related issues. As a trusted member of Practo's HR team, you will drive great partnerships with internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide sourcing and candidate generation to hiring managers across team/functions - Demonstrate cross-group collaboration and develop recruiting relationships with other recruiters to share best practices and candidates - Hold primary sourcing focus for all open reqs for defined areas of responsibility and business groups - Understand and meet established metrics for sourcing, offers, and hires as related to level, position, and source - Demonstrate ownership of candidate pipelines and individual queue in keeping all candidates moving through the process - Actively manage all job postings, keeping positions current and active in recruiting systems Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of relevant experience - Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred BE/B.Tech) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable, flexible, and a fast learner - Meticulous attention to detail - Proactive with a desire to take ownership - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines In addition to the above role-specific details, Practo is a company dedicated to improving healthcare access for everyone and leaving the world better than we found it.
