Senior Executive

Role Purpose

The selected person will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate and real-time data related to Right of Way (ROW) for transmission lines, substations, and other infrastructure projects. The role supports decision-making by preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior management, ensuring smooth coordination between field teams, contractors, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ROW-related MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly updates of land acquisition, compensation disbursement, and ROW clearance progress.
• Track project-wise progress against schedules and alert delays.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from regional offices, site teams, and contractors.
• Maintain digital records of land ownership, compensation records, approvals, consents, and legal statuses.
• Support digitization of land and ROW records using GIS/mapping tools (if required).
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, projects, finance) for updates and documentation.
• Ensure all ROW-related documentation complies with internal SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal/external review meetings.
• Assist in preparation of responses to regulatory or audit queries related to ROW.
• Provide analytical support to ROW/legal teams in disputes or compensation assessments.
• Accurate MIS reports for ROW progress and compensation.
• Dashboards highlighting project-wise land status.
• Timely inputs for management decisions and regulatory filings.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Graduate in any stream (preferably B. Com/B. Sc/BA); Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
• 6-7 years in MIS roles; experience in infrastructure/ROW/land acquisition domain preferred.
• Proven experience working on Substation or similar energy infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with legal processes related to land acquisition and permitting.
