Key Responsibilities: Expertise in maintenance , Stripping and re-assembly for rotary equipment (Different types of pumps, compressors etc.). Develop and implement maintenance strategies Methods , SOPS , checklist (predictive, preventive, and corrective). Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Rotary Equipment Maintenance: Oversee inspection, troubleshooting, and overhauling of rotary equipment. Supervise major shutdowns, turnarounds, and equipment refurbishment. Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines, safety standards, and industry best practices. Reliability & Performance: Collaborate with reliability engineers to implement condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Drive improvements to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR. Training: Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Identify training needs and ensure skill development programs. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and quality systems (ISO, OSHA, etc.). Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Relevant experience, with a strong background in rotary equipment maintenance in a continuous process plant Familiarity with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, etc.) and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Certification in vibration analysis or reliability engineering is an added advantage. Must be willing to travel to TCL Plants across globe
