Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Analytical Development (ADL) to support API development projects through robust analytical method development, validation, and execution. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in chromatographic techniques and close collaboration with R&D and Quality teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely analytical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, and GC-HS for APIs, intermediates, and finished products
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis including impurity profiling, reaction monitoring, and stability studies
• Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished products as per USP, BP, EP, and in-house specifications
• Prepare, review, and maintain analytical protocols, validation reports, STPs, and test data sheets
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, IC, and GC-MS
• Ensure accurate and compliant laboratory documentation such as Laboratory Notebook (LNB), logbooks, and daily work records in line with GLP/GMP requirements
• Coordinate closely with Synthetic R&D teams to support ongoing project and development activities
• Ensure adherence to data integrity, safety, and quality standards
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Analytical Development (API)
• Solid understanding of method development, method validation, and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in analytical software such as Empower, LabSolutions, OpenLab, and Chromeleon
• High attention to detail with strong documentation practices
• Dependable, proactive, and collaborative team player

Role Level

• Senior Individual Contributor
• May guide and support junior team members as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
