Job Location: Mumbai(Vikhroli West) & Kolkata(Salt Lake East)

Experience: 1-3 years

60% branch visits required

Workdays: Monday to Saturday.


Objective:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting branch activities. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure daily office operations and maintenance are carried out effectively, maintaining company standards with less than 2 complaints; major issues must be resolved within 24 hours.

•Conduct regular inspections of office facilities, cabins, and rooms; ensure all equipment is functioning properly and hygiene standards are upheld.

•Supervise support staff and coordinate with vendors for timely issue resolution.

•Collaborate with branches and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow across all zones.

•Manage inventory and office supplies; prepare and submit monthly expense and utility dashboards.

•Create reports and presentations as required.

•Organize team events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.

•Manage timely dispatch and distribution of couriers.

•Tag new assets under office capex and maintain the asset register regularly.

•Travel Desk & Ticketing.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

•1-3 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in managing multiple offices.

•Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

•Excellent time management and organizational skills.

•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, including functions like VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

•Self-motivated with a proactive approach; capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
