Office Management : Managing daily office operations, insurance related work of employees & vehicles, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Grievance handling - Resolving grievances of employees of Unit 1 Travel management : Coordinating for various travel (local transport, vehicle management) and hotel booking arrangements for employees Event Coordination : Co-ordinating for various events, functions, exhibitions with vendors and the internal team Compliance : Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations as per Factory Act. Corporate Gifts - Co-ordinating with various vendors for gifts and joining kits (new employees) Vendor Management : Bringing new vendors on board and maintaining good relation and rapport with the existing ones. Facilities Management : Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of office facilities including civil work and building repairing. Insurance: To handle the insurance related work of Employees and Vehicles and also the timely renewals. Data Entry and Management: Accurately inputting and managing data in various systems as required. Overseeing the work of office boys and receptionists Knowledge of experience with liasoning in ESI/PF will be an added advantage Any other work as directed by Reporting Manager Experience and qualifications- · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. · 5-6 years of experience in the similar role in a manufacturing industry/set -up · Strong multitasking skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. · Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
