Job Summary

The Senior ERP Support Executive will be responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the organization’s ERP applications. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations. The individual will act as the bridge between end-users, technical teams, and vendors to drive system efficiency and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and data integrity.
Coordinate with ERP vendors/partners for escalations, patches, and upgrades.
Manage user roles, access controls, and security compliance within the ERP system.
Assist in ERP implementations, module rollouts, and system integrations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize processes.
Document support processes, FAQs, and maintain knowledge base for end-users.
Train and guide junior support staff and end-users on ERP functionalities.
Conduct regular audits, system testing, and data validation to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of ERP support experience, preferably with [mention ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.].
