The Senior ERP Support Executive will be responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the organization’s ERP applications. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations. The individual will act as the bridge between end-users, technical teams, and vendors to drive system efficiency and enhancements.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and data integrity .
Coordinate with ERP vendors/partners for escalations, patches, and upgrades.
Manage user roles, access controls, and security compliance within the ERP system.
Assist in ERP implementations, module rollouts, and system integrations .
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize processes .
Document support processes, FAQs, and maintain knowledge base for end-users.
Train and guide junior support staff and end-users on ERP functionalities.
Conduct regular audits, system testing, and data validation to ensure accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field .
5+ years of ERP support experience , preferably with [mention ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.].
