We’re Hiring: IT Process Engineering Specialist - Asset Management (Noida)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
Design and implement process improvements for IT Asset Management.
Ensure proper documenatation of all assets, including hardware and software, in accordance with company standards and compliance.
Conduct regular audits to verify asset data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Work closely with IT and Finance teams to ensure effective management of asset records, forecasting, and budgeting.
Analyze and report on asset performance, suggesting areas for improvement.
Assist in the development of tools and methodologies to track and manage IT assets.
Support IT service management processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
Provide training and guidance to team members on IT asset management best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT process engineering or IT asset management.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT asset management tools.
Experience with asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar tools).
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

ITIL Certification (v3 or v4).
Experience with IT procurement and vendor management.
Knowledge of software licensing and compliance management.
Familiarity with cloud-based asset management tools.
