Dutt AdTech Pvt Ltd is a is a rapidly growing technology firm specializing in embedded systems, industrial IoT, and custom hardware design for critical applications in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, and Automation. We're looking for a Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to lead innovative product development and bring advanced ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop embedded hardware systems including microcontroller-based circuits, analog/digital interfaces, and power management. Develop and review schematics and PCB layouts (2-layer and multilayer). Select appropriate components considering technical and commercial factors. Conduct hardware debugging, bring-up, validation, and testing of PCBs. Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to ensure product realization. Perform EMC/EMI mitigation planning and compliance testing support. Document hardware design specifications, BOMs, and revision control. Ensure designs meet industry standards and certifications (e.g., IEC, IS, ATEX). Required Skills: Strong proficiency in analog/digital circuit design. Experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, STM32, PIC, etc.). Expertise in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Eagle. Solid understanding of communication interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, etc. Knowledge of power supply design (DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery management). Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters). Ability to analyze schematics and debug complex hardware issues. Good documentation and version control practices (Git preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development. Hands-on experience with embedded Linux hardware platforms (e.g., STM32MP1, i.MX, BeagleBone). Exposure to wireless protocols (LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee). Understanding of safety and certification standards (IEC 60079, IS, UL). Experience in sensor interfacing and signal conditioning. Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and low-power hardware design.
