About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Accounts Manager to oversee our organization's financial compliance, accounting operations, audit preparations, and import-export documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, manage tax filings, maintain accurate financial records, oversee payroll processes, assist in audit preparations, and handle all aspects of import-export documentation. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.Accounting Software Management: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting and ERP systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books (preferred).Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring adherence to Indian financial regulations.Payroll Processing: Support salary disbursements, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management review.Vendor & Bank Reconciliation: Conduct timely reconciliation of vendor payments and bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy.Audit & Documentation: Collaborate with auditors, CAs, and finance teams to facilitate internal and statutory audits.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for financial process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.Regulatory Coordination: Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies (Income Tax, GST Department) as required. Qualifications & Skills Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.Accounting Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or any ERP-based system. Familiarity with Zoho Books is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements, with hands-on experience in applying these regulations.Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external authorities.Independence & Ownership: Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.Integrity & Accountability: High level of trust, integrity, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial data. Preferred Qualifications Professional Certifications: MBA in Finance, B.Com. or equivalent certification is highly preferred.Industry Experience: Prior experience in a private limited company is advantageous. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Vice President of Corporate and Government Sales to lead our expansion into new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and build robust pipelines across corporate and government sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, government procurement processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Carbelim's corporate and government sales strategy in India and globally. Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients, government bodies, and regulatory agencies. Identify, pursue, and close high-value contracts, direct government engagements, and strategic B2B partnerships. Lead and meet ambitious revenue targets. Collaborate with leadership on pricing, contract negotiations, and compliance requirements. Represent Carbelim at industry conferences, government forums, and strategic partner meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in climate-tech, cleantech, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated success in selling to large corporates and government agencies, including experience with tender processes and public-private partnerships. Strong network within corporate sustainability and government procurement ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
