We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our organic growth and digital brand visibility efforts. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer with 3–7 years of experience in SEO, content-driven marketing, and social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for building and managing our online presence, increasing website traffic, and engaging our community through mission-aligned storytelling and campaigns.
Organic Social Media Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.
SEO Strategy: Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and search engine rankings.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for web, blog, and social platforms.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite; generate actionable insights and reports.
Community Engagement: Build and engage with a climate-conscious online community, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
Digital Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends in digital marketing, cleantech, and sustainability to keep Carbelim at the forefront of innovation.
Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media marketing and organic marketing strategies.
SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and others.
Content Mindset: Strong sense of storytelling and visual communication tailored to environmental and tech-savvy audiences.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize content performance.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work cross-functionally with content and tech teams.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
Industry Experience: Experience in startups, cleantech, or sustainability-driven sectors is a strong plus.
Creative Skills: Basic design or video editing capabilities using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
CMS Familiarity: Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
