PCB Design & Layout 2 Debug hardware issues with circuit analysis tools 3 Exp in PIC, microchip 1939, NXP MKM34Z256VLQ7 4 Integrate micro controllers and embedded processors into circuit designs 5 power electroncs, CAN, Modbus Embedded System Design Microcontrollers: ARM (STM32, LPC), AVR, PIC, 8051, etc. Digital and analog circuit design Schematic and PCB design (using Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, etc.) Power Electronics Basics AC/DC conversion, battery charging circuits Understanding of alternators, inverters, and generator power systems Sensor and Actuator Interfacing Temperature, fuel level, oil pressure sensors Relays, solenoids, and contactors used in Genset control GSM/GPRS Communication GSM modules like SIM800, SIM900, Quectel AT command set and UART communication SMS, TCP/IP, and cloud connectivity Microcontroller Programming Embedded C/C++ Real-time operating systems (RTOS) basics Protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus Power Supply Design DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery management EMI/EMC best practices Preferred candidate profile
