Job Title: Senior Education Counselor - Executive Programs

Location: Mumbai (SEEPZ Main)

Salary : 6 To 7 LPA.

In this role, you will be the key link between high-value executive education programs and senior/mid-level working professionals seeking to advance their careers.


This is not a typical sales role; it's a consultative position where you will act as a career advisor, understanding unique challenges and recommending pathways to success.


Key Responsibilities:


*  Consultative Counselling: Telephonically engage with working professionals in a consultative manner to understand their career aspirations and challenges.

*  **Needs Assessment:** Identify interests and recommend suitable executive education programs from our portfolio of top institutions.

*  **Build Relationships:** Guide individuals through their decision-making process, providing authentic information and support from initial contact to final enrollment.

*  **Drive Conversions:** Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets, with the opportunity to earn above-industry-standard incentives and rewards.

*  **CRM Management:** Accurately record all client interactions and information in our CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and follow-up.

*  **Continuous Learning:** Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on program offerings and enhance your counselling skills.

*  **Team Collaboration:** Contribute to a positive team environment and shared goals.


**Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):**


*  A graduate with a solid track record of 2 to 3 years in one of the following:

  *  **Sales/Marketing** of high-value products or services (e.g., education programs, real estate, financial products).

  *  Executive Search or recruitment.

  *  Corporate Training & Development.

*  An exceptional communicator with a pleasing personality, excellent verbal skills, and strong active listening abilities.

*  Possess strong persuasion and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to build trust.

*  Comfortable and effective in a high-volume, phone-based environment, with the ability to connect with professionals daily.

*  Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.

*  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
