Senior Education Counselor

Role Overview: As a student counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students in selecting academic streams, courses, and career paths. You will conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to understand students" goals, strengths, and challenges. It will be your duty to help students manage stress, exam anxiety, peer pressure, and personal concerns. Additionally, you will maintain confidential counselling records and progress reports, assist in admission procedures and orientation programs, and liaise with parents and faculty to ensure holistic student development. Furthermore, you will promote mental health awareness and personal development workshops.
