Job Description

Job Description: Education CounselorExperience Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience in student handling and admission processes.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling: Understand the product thoroughly before counseling students and guide them effectively through the admission process.
Sales Management: Handle the sales function, including managing telecallers and ensuring monthly sales growth.
Lead Handling: Personally manage and convert important leads to maximize admissions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the telecaller team to plan monthly strategies for increasing walk-ins and improving conversion rates.
Marketing Coordination: Discuss and plan monthly budgets for Meta (digital) and traditional marketing with the Branch Head.
Innovation: Implement new ideas and strategies to consistently increase sales and student engagement.
Patience & Professionalism: Demonstrate patience and empathy while interacting with students and parents.

Performance & Incentives

Incentives will be processed based on monthly sales growth and performance outcomes
