Senior Education Counselor

As an Education Counselor at our institution in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their academic and career paths. Your strong understanding of educational programs, excellent communication skills, and passion for helping students achieve their goals will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families to assist in selecting suitable courses, programs, and career paths. - Aid students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career objectives. - Explain details of academic programs, courses, and admission processes offered by the institution or partner organizations. - Assist students in understanding eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and documentation requirements. - Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote educational opportunities in schools, colleges, and coaching centers. - Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach campaigns and lead generation. - Maintain regular communication with prospective students to ensure timely application submission and enrollment. - Provide post-enrollment support, including orientation and addressing queries. - Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups in CRM systems. - Prepare reports on counseling outcomes and enrollment metrics. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree - Experience: 1-3 years in counseling, education, or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Empathy and active listening abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Preferred: Familiarity with local and international educational systems and programs.
