Senior Education Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Educational Consultant & Job Placement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will help students with their educational aspirations by advising them on study abroad opportunities and also assist graduates in securing job placements. You will provide expert guidance on university applications, visa processes, as well as career advice and job placement strategies, ensuring students transition smoothly from education to employment.

Key Responsibilities: Educational Consultancy:

• Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students based on their academic background, career interests, and aspirations to help them choose the best educational programs and institutions abroad.
• University Applications: Guide students through the process of researching and applying to universities, ensuring they meet application requirements, deadlines, and prepare strong application documents.
• Visa Support: Assist students in understanding and completing their visa applications, ensuring they meet all legal requirements for studying abroad.
• Test Preparation: Advise students on necessary exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) and help them with preparation resources, tips, and strategies.
• Scholarships and Financial Aid: Inform students about available scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities, assisting them with the application process.

Job Placement Services:

• Career Counseling: Provide career advice to students and graduates, helping them align their education with career goals, highlighting key skills required in the job market.
• Resume and Cover Letter Writing: Assist candidates in creating professional resumes and cover letters tailored to their target job roles and industries.
• Job Search Guidance: Help students and graduates navigate the job market, providing insights into job opportunities, and strategies for a successful job search, including networking and job boards.
• Interview Coaching: Prepare candidates for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing feedback on performance, helping them build confidence and improve their chances of success.
• Employer Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters to offer job opportunities for graduates, and act as a liaison between students, universities, and employers.
• Internship Placement: Guide students toward finding internships relevant to their field of study, offering valuable work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
