About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our growing team at E Digital India Skill Development Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right skill development and digital media courses, addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about our courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Understand the needs, career goals, and background of each student to suggest the best program.
• Follow up with walk-in leads, phone inquiries, and online inquiries to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation.
• Participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops to increase awareness of our programs.
• Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates from Education, Marketing, or Counselling background).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Pleasant personality, convincing ability, and student-friendly approach.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email).
• Prior experience in counselling/admissions will be an advantage, but freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹14,342.89 - ₹42,630.97 per month
