Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Education Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Senior Education Counselor will assist students with educational planning and career guidance, offer counseling on study programs, destinations, and career options, and help students in the application and enrollment processes. The role involves building strong relationships with institutions and students, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored guidance to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, conducting follow-ups, and staying updated on trends and requirements in education.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and families
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and managing applications and documentation processes
• Knowledge of the higher education landscape, including programs, destinations, admission procedures, and requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Counseling experience in the education sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced education or certifications in counseling, education, or related areas are a plus
