The Arch International is a growing overseas education consultancy helping students pursue higher education opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Dubai, and across Europe. We guide students with applications, counseling, and admission support to help them achieve their global career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to prospective students and parents.

Counsel students on study abroad options, admission requirements, and career pathways.

Schedule and conduct in-office counseling sessions.

Follow up with inquiries and maintain relationships until successful enrollment.

Achieve monthly student enrollment and sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation.

Maintain records of student leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in counseling or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Confident in cold calling and handling student/parent queries.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an advantage.
