Senior Education Counselor

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Education Counselors to join our sales team and help students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
• Counsel students on career prospects in the listed domains
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective course pitching
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate interaction and follow-up records in the CRM system
• Participate in webinars, events, and seminars as needed
• Stay updated on all course offerings, fee structures, and career outcomes

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in education/training)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
• Passion for education and career-building
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales track record
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
